Experience
I have been dancing for 9 years and throughout my journey I have been mentored by professional dancers in my country at respectable arts organizations such as Jibilika Performing Arts Organization and both from family members who were naturally born dancers.
I have been personally using dance as a medicinal tool up to date and I am a witness of how dance can be a useful tool if used in the right way and for the right reasons. This is a true fact as one can see how African dances have helped in the Social and Civilizations of African countries.
African Traditional Religion from the old ages has taught me the importance of mental health together with the knowledge that has been passed down by my ancestors. With this knowledge, it is wise to share with other fellow human beings because ultimately humans are not a different race but one species therefore, we are all one and deserve to learn in any way we can.
I held dance classes in my country for a year by teaching children how to dance and I have also performed at many official events in my lifetime including the Opening Gala for the first 2018 students of Binjiang College.
