Article 1 International students who get enrollment of Wuxi University shall apply to Chinese Embassy/Consulate in their home countries for visa. X1 visa validity period is 30 days after the date of entry. X2 visa validity period, stay duration, entries, and etc. shall refer to Chinese Embassy/Consulate in their home countries.

Article 2 International students holding X1visa shall apply for a residence permit before their visa expires.Students holdingX2visa, if they want tocontinue studying when the original study periods,they shall apply to theuniversityforanextension and apply for a residence permit tothe Exit & Entry Administration ofWuxiMunicipal Public Security Bureau before the current visa expires.
